Human genetic variation, with Human Genome and Human Genome Diversity Projects in Karnataka, South India; Punjab, Pakistan; Liaoning and Gansu provinces, PR China.

Medical and Public Health Genetics, with projects on familial adenomatous polyposis, and intellectual handicap.
