Research Interests
Small RNAs, microRNAs, RNAi, development of algorithms for miRNA target prediction, differentiation of stem cells, stress-response miRNAs, systems genetics, bioinformatics, comparative genomics, comparative transcriptomics, development of automated pipelines for next generation sequencing technologies (such us 454, SOLEXA and SOLiD), proteomics and epigenomics data analysis.
